It took forever it seemed to get the old one off.
But it finally released.

Getting the new one on was easier but can be time consuming. A lot of people say don't use the nut to slide it on, but if you don't it takes forever to tap the hub on there. So use the nut.

I finally got the front bumper on there. Still need bumper ends, which I think I still have them in one of the boxes.

I did have this painted with the blue paint already but the surface just wasn't right. I wanted it smoother, so I added a few layers of primer. I need to sand it down with 6000 grit paper and then I'll paint it.

The doors on the other hand need a lot sanding to get smooth. I want to just get the ones off my parts car and use those, but don't have the time to get them right now. That is later on.

Lastly, as I said, I picked these 8" subs at a garage sale for $17. My first 02 had a great stereo system with 5 1/4" under the rear seat and a 12" sub in the trunk with a 200 Watt amp. Too bad that sub and amp went with the Corsica when we got rid of it. Once I get the exhaust system fixed (ie new muffler) I will complete my sound system, it won't be the greatest but will add some nice tunes for my drives, when I'm not listening to the motor hum.
In the coming months I will be replacing the muffler, buying a shifter boot that should improve the interior, get a new door panel for the driver side and be getting the car registered finally. Later on once I get a feel for how it is handling is when the shocks and springs and the good stuff will get looked at.
